We use the Delsys Trigno Wireless EMG System to conduct dynamic muscle contraction comparisons and provide real-time feedback for cyclist’s movement and skills training. We also deploy the Gebiomized Pressure Analysis System to illuminate contact pressure mapping of the saddle, feet and hand contact.

A movement impairment is an abnormal movement pattern that may contribute to a person's complaint of pain, tightness, stiffness, or decreased performance. We observe everything about your running from head- to-toe to find movement patterns that may lead to unnecessary stresses and/or forces on your body. We factor in flexibility, strength, joint mobility, and neuromuscular control and how it may be contributing to any visible movement impairments. From our detailed analysis, we are able to determine if your running form/shoes are appropriate for your movement needs.

This allows for immediate feedback and skills training while in studio. Combined with the Qualisys 8 Miqus 3D Motion Capture Camera System, we get a full-body 3D motion analysis and online running analysis report of a runner at 250 fps.
