We observe everything about your running from head- to-toe to find movement patterns that may lead to unnecessary stresses and/or forces on your body. We factor in flexibility, strength, joint mobility, and neuromuscular control and how it may be contributing to any visible movement impairments. From our detailed analysis, we are able to determine if your running form/shoes are appropriate for your movement needs.
