Coaching
Personalized Coaching – We offer 1-on-1 individualized coaching for running, cycling and multisport athletes. Whether your goal is to qualify for the Olympic trials, or to finish your first triathlon, we will meet you at your level and work with you to build a personalized plan that aligns with your goals, your experience level, and your expectations.
The Art of Science – We blend years of experience and advanced education in exercise physiology, nutrition, biomechanics and physical therapy with a holistic mindset to provide athletes with the most comprehensive coaching service. We use science as the foundation of our methods and apply that science to help athletes reach their full potential. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter training plans. When it comes to data and physiology, we realize that every athlete is different and every body absorbs training load differently.
The Lab – With access to state-of-the-art biomechanics and physiology testing equipment, we help our athletes reach new levels beyond the traditional coaching model. An athlete’s success is dependent upon more than just a workout or miles logged on the bike. Whether it’s a running gait analysis, a bike fit, or a lactate threshold test, BUILD athletes can learn more about their unique physiology and movement patterns that will further guide and improve their performance.
The Clinic – Data is important, but a holistic mindset is critical to the athlete’s overall health and wellbeing. The training plan can only take you so far, and in the end, doesn’t reap rewards if you show up to the starting line injured. BUILD athletes can have access to physical therapy, as well as strength and conditioning services to ensure that they are staying strong and healthy throughout the season.
