Overview
Using 3D technology and years of professional experience, we are able to analyze a cyclist’s movement patterns on and off the bike to determine if the bike fit is appropriate for his or her movement needs, contributing to pain on the bike, and/or affecting performance. We then build an individualized movement strategy and plan, specific to the cyclist to protect against future injury, resolve a current injury and/or develop the performance needed.
Process
We perform a thorough physical assessment of the cyclist to analyze his/her movement patterns, strength, flexibility, joint mobility, and neuromuscular control. In our state-of-the-art lab, we are able to analyze a cyclist’s movement patterns and current fit on the bike. This enables us to identify and modify bike fit and movement problems. We then build a personalized plan to improve comfort on the bike and restore optimum performance.

RUNNING GAIT ANALYSIS SCHEDULE TODAY
Overview
BUILD offers the latest in 3D technology. With our 3D motion capture technology and force plated treadmill, we can analyze a runner’s specific movement patterns and running mechanics to determine potential causes of injury or reduced performance. We then build a custom movement strategy and highly individualized program to protect against future injury, resolve a current injury and/or improve running economy for future performance gains.
Process
We have ample time to sit down and talk about all aspects of your training, current or past injuries, and your goals as a runner, whether on a recreational or elite level. With our Movement Screen, we perform a physical assessment of the runner to analyze movement patterns, strength, flexibility, joint mobility, and neuromuscular control. This enables us to identify potential issues we might see with running or footwear. Our 3D motion capture system gives us good insight into your individual mechanics. From there, we create a personalized plan to help reduce your pain and improve performance.
All runners will have access to the RunDNA app for their 3D report and exercise calendar.

After our biomechanical analysis, we determine what elements of your movement (e.g. strength, flexibility, joint mobility, motor control) and movement strategies need attention in order to make improvements.
Process
We build a customized program that is focused on your goals and functional movement deficits discovered in our exam. Our goal for you is to build confidence and skill in your movement through improved strength, flexibility, movement efficiency and knowledge and awareness of your own movement patterns and improvements you can make. Our strength coaches work one-on-one with you to help you achieve your goals in a highly individualized and comfortable environment.

Body Composition Test SCHEDULE TODAY
Overview
Go beyond the scale and BMI. The InBody experience analyzes muscle-fat ratio, calculates total body water and reveals basal metabolic rate. It can help you accurately monitor changes in fat mass, muscle mass and body fat percentage.
Process
No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes to test. Measure your fat, muscle, and water levels in less than a minute.
Results
Each InBody test will print out a full-page results sheet detailing the muscle, fat, and water values of the test participant. InBody records your weight, skeletal muscle mass, and percent of body fat for up to 8 tests in order to measure progress over time. The results also provide your Basal Metabolic Rate (calories your body burns at rest) and identifies how many pounds of lean mass are in each body segment through Segmental Lean Analysis. Use this portion of your results to look for any imbalance between corresponding segments (ex. Right Arm, Left Arm) for balanced muscle development.

The Tune Up recovery service is perfect for athletes who want to revitalize their muscles after a long week or before a long weekend of training or racing. The Tune Up includes hands-on soft tissue work and mobility, followed by a session in a pair of our NormaTec compression boots.
